We want you to love what you order from Maslaha. If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items in their original, unworn condition
- Items with the tags still attached
- Items in the original packaging
We can't accept returns on innerwear, swimwear, fragrance, or items marked Final Sale.
How to start a return
Email us at the contact details on the Contact page or call the contact details on the Contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll reply within one business day with next steps.
Return shipping
If the return is because of a defect or our mistake, we cover the courier cost. For change-of-mind returns, the courier cost is yours.
When you'll see your refund
Once we receive the return and confirm its condition, your refund is processed within 5 business days through your original payment method. COD orders are refunded by bKash on request.
